These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wallpaper Hub - Live Wallpaper mobile app and the wallpaperhubapp.com website (the "Service"), operated by Xiaoyaohuyu Network Technology Co., Ltd.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

The Service is rated 13+. By using it you confirm you are at least 13 years old or have parental consent.

Subscriptions

Wallpaper Hub Premium is available as a weekly ($5.99) or yearly ($49.99) auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

AI-generated content

When you use the AI Wallpaper Generator, the prompt you submit and the wallpaper generated belong to you. You agree not to submit prompts that solicit illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or copyright-infringing content.

Intellectual property

Wallpapers labeled "Pro" or part of curated collections are licensed for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
